Burak Uygur | Principal
With over 30 years of construction experience and 25 years in residential and commercial design, Burak Uygur brings a sophisticated blend of design expertise, construction knowledge, and project leadership to Expertiers Design and Build, LLC.
His career spans luxury residential and high-profile commercial projects, including international developments valued at over $1 billion, with experience in major metropolitan markets such as Seattle, Baltimore, Washington, D.C., and European urban settings. This diverse background has shaped a disciplined approach that balances refined design, exceptional craftsmanship, and efficient project execution.
As Principal, Burak remains closely involved throughout each project, with a focus on design integrity, built quality, clear project management, and timely delivery.
